Are your services covered under my benefits?
Fees for many of my services may be covered by your extended health benefits plan, you will need to connect with your benefits provider to inquire, I will provide you with my College Registration # and any other required information. I do not bill directly.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Interac e-transfer, Credit Card and Debit
Do you offer online services?
Yes! Many of our services can be done either in person or online.
When do you expect payment?
Payment for services are expected the day the service is received. You will receive a reciept with my College Registration # in order to request possible benefits from your provider.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours' notice, will be charged the appointment fee.
What are your hours of operation?
We offer a flexible schedule to meet the needs of our clients.
Do you have social media pages?
Yes, Connective Care has a Facebook and Instagram page. It is important to note that all social media content posted by Connective Care is for educational and informational purposes only and by no means is considered Counselling or Psychotherapy.
Can I connect with you on social media?
While you’re free to voluntarily follow us on social media, we will not accept friend requests or follow any of our current or former clients on social media.
We refrain from connecting with clients on social media sites because this has the potential to jeopardize your confidentiality, and the privacy of all those involved.
